Barn & Lodge Rotunda Training
We will be starting training next week. BOH employees will follow the training schedule that Chef Kiplind will be sending out.
If you are a Front of House employee, please complete the form with the times you are available to attend training between Monday the 16th and Saturday the 21st. Friday and Saturday will be mandatory mock service days. These will be full-uniform practice days where we will rehearse greeting guests, seating, cooking, making drinks, and serving one another.
Training sessions will be 4–5 hours. The first session will begin at 2:00 PM and the second session will begin at 5:00 PM.
Please sign up for one session per day.
