Can the LIT open the building focusing on the jolt checklist?
Can the LIT complete the Tiphaus opening paperwork without issues? If not, how much more time do they need to understand it?
Does the LIT understand the importance of the budgets for labor set for each shift and how to achieve the budget goal?
Does the LIT feel comfortable jumping on expo and assisting? Are the confident in the menu items and garnishes in order to expo correctly?
Does the LIT understand the Steps of Service, and requirements for staff to be on the floor and successful? Does the LIT understand the Shopper Report Expectations.
Can the LIT do closing paperwork and enter all data correctly and accurately into the system?
Can the LIT close the building focusing on Jolt Checklist?
Can the LIT make a schedule and follow scheduling budgets?
Can the LIT run the host stand, and understand Open Table Management-plotting, overbooking, large parties, etc?
Can the LIT make every specialty cocktail? This would be signed off in week 3 of training
Does the LIT understand our SOPs & HR policies?
How confident is the LIT with Posi front end procedures. 1-5 5 being excellent (they can do all manager swipes accurately)
Does the LIT have the knowledge and understanding of CDAPS and Fireside chats?
Did the LIT complete inventory? (bar manager, agm, gm only)
Does the LIT have an understanding of inventory and expectations to close out the month? (bar manager, agm, gm only)
Does the LIT understand the costs/goals for Titan and the expectations to achieve them?
Is there any area of focus you feel the LIT will still need some development and training on?
Has the LIT used Margin Edge, and learned the basics of navigating the platform? What areas of ME can they still get training?
Has the LIT overseen and worked on events while training? This includes BEO communication, execution and processing and closing out the paperwork. What is the comfort level with the paperwork piece?
Have all Expandshare modules been completed and recaps done?
I validate the LIT has completed training & is ready for final validation with the Director of Training.
